Description
CBSA and CSIS notes refer to the information regarding your application that will be obtained from Canada Border Services Agency and Canadian Security Intelligence Service. The Canada Border Services Agency is a federal law enforcement agency that is responsible for border control, immigration enforcement, and customs services in Canada.
What would I get?
You’ll receive detailed information regarding your application from Canada Border Service Agency. Please note that making a request with the Canada Border Services Agency to receive a copy of your immigration file will not accelerate the processing of your immigration application with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
Other Uses of getting CBSA Notes: You will also get information about your entry and exit out of Canada. This information would be very useful if you are applying for PR card renewal or Citizenship.
What would I need to proceed?
You would need to know your UCI and file number
Your full first and last name spelled exactly as in your application
Your date of birth
If you have dependents included in your application, you’d have to know their name and date of birth too
Consent form:
We will send you a consent form that will authorize IRCC to release the notes to us. Please be advised that if you do not send us the consent form within 5 business days of receiving the request to fill the form from us, your request will be considered abandoned and your file will be closed. You need to place a new order after that to get the notes.
Cancellation Policy:
Please note that orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order if the processing of the order has not started. Orders canceled after 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund.
Also if we have started processing your order i.e. you have received an email from us for filling out the consent form, we won’t be able to issue you the refund even if you cancel within 24 hours.
Please note that a CAD 10$ cancellation/administrative fee will be charged for each cancellation.
